Privacy policy

Last updated 28 October 2026

This policy explains what Cadenza Legal does with personal data when you visit this website, get in touch, or work with us. It is short because we collect very little.

Who is responsible

Allegro Advisory B.V., trading as Cadenza Legal, Anthony Fokkerweg 61, 1059 CP Amsterdam, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 96866454. You can reach us at info@cadenzalegal.com.

This website

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. It is hosted by Vercel Inc. in the United States, whose servers keep standard access logs (your IP address, the page requested, the time, your browser) for security and to keep the site running. That transfer rests on Vercel's data processing agreement with the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission. Vercel keeps those logs for a limited period set out in its own privacy policy; we do not use them to identify visitors.

When you email us

If you write to us, we process what you send: your name, your email address, and the content of your message and any attachments. We use it to reply to you and, if we start working together, to carry out the work. The legal basis is the steps needed before entering into a contract and, for the correspondence that follows, the performance of that contract and our legitimate interest in keeping a record of our advice.

Our email is handled by Mijndomein, a Dutch hosting provider. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone except where a matter requires it (a specialist we bring in with your agreement, or an authority where the law requires it).

How long we keep it

Correspondence about an enquiry that does not lead to work is deleted within a year. Files on matters we have worked on are kept as long as the matter and the professional and legal retention periods require, which for business records in the Netherlands is seven years.

How we protect it

Files and correspondence live in accounts protected by strong passwords and two-step verification, on systems of providers with whom we have data processing agreements. Only the people who work on your matter have access. We do not keep paper files.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, receive it in a portable format, and object to or restrict its use. Email info@cadenzalegal.com and we will answer within a month. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes to this policy

We change this policy when our practice changes. The date at the top is the date of the current version, and the current version is always the one on this page.
